Do customers need a portal account to track a job?

No. The office can share a tracking link for any job. A portal account adds bookings, quotes, invoices and the full job history.

Is the portal branded with our company?

The portal carries HOSS branding. Your logo appears on job sheets, PODs, invoices, tracking links and subcontractor pages.

Do customers receive automatic status emails?

Not at present. Customers follow progress in the portal or through a tracking link, and receive invoices by email.

What does the portal cost?

It is optional, at £10 a month for each customer business with access, plus VAT.

Booking requests: Customers request a job for your approval; you accept or decline it from the job page.
Quotes: Customers request a quote and negotiate offers with your office, then book at the agreed price.
Invoices and PODs: Downloadable at any time, without a phone call or an email.
Issues: Customers raise an issue against a job and discuss it with your office until it is resolved.
Reviews: Customers rate delivered jobs. Reviews are visible to your team only.

Not every customer needs a portal account.

Share a job: The office can share a tracking link for any job, showing its progress, stops, ETAs and PODs.
Live position, if you choose: Include the driver’s live position while the job is moving. Each link lasts 48 hours.

Simple pricing: Portal access is optional, at £10 a month for each customer account.
