What happens without signal?

The app continues to work. Status updates and PODs are stored on the phone and sent once signal returns.

Which languages are available?

English, Polish, Romanian, Punjabi, Urdu and Russian. A small number of the newest screens currently display in English.

Do agency drivers need the app?

No. They receive the job by text message link and complete it in their phone’s browser.

Is a driver’s location tracked all the time?

No. Location is shared with the office only while a job is in progress, and the phone shows a notification while it is.

Running the job

Jobs in order: Today’s and tomorrow’s jobs, in the order the office sets, with the trailer to use.
One action at a time: Each stop guides the driver through arrival, collection and delivery, with times recorded as they happen or entered afterwards.
Navigation: A single tap opens Google Maps directions to the next stop.
ETAs and notes: Drivers send ETAs and add notes to any stop.
Report a problem: With photos. The office is alerted at once, and selected staff can receive a text message.

Proof of delivery

Document scanning: Multi-page scanning with edge detection, or photos and file uploads.
Signatures: Signature on the phone, with the recipient’s printed name.
POD check: Every POD is checked on upload for legibility, a signature and a printed name, and flagged if it mentions damage or a refusal. The delivery is never blocked.
Corrections: Drivers can correct times and PODs for 30 minutes after completing a job.
