Can checks be exported for an audit?

Yes. Every check has a DVSA-style PDF, and checks can be exported in bulk as a ZIP file.

Does HOSS stop a driver who has not done a check?

No. HOSS records each check and flags rushed checks, and administrators see each day’s checks on the compliance overview.

We only need vehicle checks. Is HOSS right for us?

The driver’s check

Templates for each vehicle type: Versioned check templates with pass or fail items, photos, comments and readings for odometer, fuel and AdBlue, finished with a signed declaration.
Spot-check photos: Random requests for a live photo help confirm each check is carried out properly.
Rushed checks flagged: Checks completed faster than the minimum time you set are flagged for review.
Off-road vehicles: Checks cannot be submitted for a vehicle marked off road.

Defects and compliance

Defects raised automatically: A failed item creates a defect, and administrators are notified by push notification and email.
Defect workflow: Reported, acknowledged, in progress and resolved, with rectification notes.
