Does the POD check ever stop a delivery?

No. It warns the driver about a missing signature, an unreadable page or a mention of damage, but the delivery always goes through.

Can customers download PODs?

Yes. Customers with portal access download them at any time, and a tracking link shows the PODs for that job.

Are PODs attached to invoices?

Yes. Emailed invoices and Xero exports include the PODs for every job on the invoice.

What if a driver collects a paper signature?

They scan the signed note in the app. HOSS can also print an A4 POD sheet for drivers who need one.

How a POD reaches everyone

Multi-page scanning with edge detection, plus any photos the stop requires.

A signature on the phone with the recipient’s printed name, or the scanned signed delivery note.

Checked on upload
Legibility, a signature and a printed name are checked, and damage or a refusal is flagged. The driver is warned; the delivery is never blocked.
